One of the tools I use as part of my coaching tool box is the Resilient Leaders Elements and the Resilient Leaders Development Programme (RLDP). Clients who choose to use the RLDP will be able to track their leadership development progress. They will have opportunities for self assessment, access to the Strength and Challenge Engines. Using the RLDP will give you a better understanding of who you are as a leader and be better able to identify your areas for development so that you can become a more authentic you.
