I am a Resilient Leaders Consultant.
I am a Leadership Development trainer.
What I Do
I coach individuals and leaders who want to develop resilience in their life and their leadership and accelerate their progress towards their goals.
I also provide coaching services to leaders with a focus on leadership and personal development, career growth, and work-life balance.
Within my coaching I use the RLDP and the GROW model to ensure that my clients leave each session with tangible and specific actions. My coaching sessions are client-led and results oriented.
My Why
I believe in people and the untapped power that we all have within! As a lover of learning, I have had a number of coaches myself as I always seek to develop so that I can impact others. All of my clients have made considerable impact in their lives through coaching and have progressed due to my engaging and thought provoking sessions.
My Experience
Dr Dwight Weir has over 25 years of experience in education, working his way through to Headteacher. He has served on 4 senior leadership teams in inner city London schools and 2 in Qatar.
Dwight has extensive knowledge of leadership development following his doctoral studies and research into Educational Leadership. Dwight is a Resilient Leaders Consultant, a qualification that has equipped him to effectively support his leadership development training and coaching sessions. Dwight is a qualified Leadership and Personal Development Coach.
He is also an Inspector for British Schools Overseas. Dwight understands the demands of running a British School Overseas, how they should operate and the strategies that will facilitate and enable success.
